For years, I lived in survival mode, constantly overgiving, overthinking, and searching for the next doorway to healing. But this healing path showed me that true transformation doesn’t happen through more effort. It happens in stillness, in the steadiness of your breath, in the quiet spaces where you can be yourself.
My work weaves together Reiki, shamanic ritual, breathwork, and the Akashic Records, each one a different pathway to healing. I’m here to help you slow down, reconnect with your intuition, and begin to see your life as sacred ceremony.

In an Akashic Records guided journey, we open your Records together to receive insight, healing, and direction from your higher self and spirit guides. This session is for those ready to move beyond seeking answers and begin embodying truth. Come with an open heart, and leave feeling grounded, expanded, and deeply seen.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique designed to restore balance. The intuitive sessions I do include Reiki energy healing with breathwork to help regulate your nervous system and invite peace back into your body. For a session, we’ll start with conversation about what’s been going on for you so that we can set intentions and get clear on what’s needed. Then I’ll have you lie down on my comfy massage table (Reiki sessions are fully clothed). As I channel Reiki energy, I’ll also guide you into breathwork helping you release what’s heavy, reconnect with your heart, and anchor into stillness. Reiki will help you feel calm and relaxed (some clients even fall asleep!). You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply renewed — aligned from the inside out.

Soul Retrieval is a sacred shamanic practice that helps you call home the lost or fragmented aspects of yourself—the parts that separated during times of pain, trauma, or overwhelm. In this ceremony, I guide you through the unseen realms to meet and welcome those parts back with love. You’ll be supported in reintegrating your energy, wisdom, and power so you can feel more whole, embodied, and alive. This is deep, beautiful work — an act of remembrance and self-reclamation.

The 6-month Sacred Path mentorship includes two live group sessions per month, two private one-on-one sessions with Lindsay, monthly collective card readings, guest speakers and guided journeys, downloadable rituals and practices, and access to a private community chat for ongoing support and connection. It’s a guided container designed to help you awaken your gifts, deepen your intuition, and walk life as sacred ceremony — all with Lindsay’s close mentorship and energetic support.
